Kayaking

Guided Kayaking trips are available at Tanji bridge, less than 5 minutes drive from the Guesthouse. You Kayak through the mangroves and can spot birds, monkeys and other wildlife.

Senegambia

Senagambia is the main tourist strip in the gambia, with bars and restaurants, music, dancing. It is approximately 30min away by taxi. The cost of a taxi to senagambia is about d250 (€5)

Tanji Bird Reserve

Tanji Bird reserve is about 5 minutes drive away from the guesthouse. Guided nature walks are available here, There is also an eco camp with a bar and restaurant.

Monkey Park

Monkey park is located in Koloki, about a 30 minute drive from the house. Guided nature walks are available and it is possible to hand feed nuts to monkeys.

Tanji fishing village

Tanji fishing village is less than 5 minutes drive away, you can also walk there along the beach (about 45min). In the evening you can see hundreds of fishing boats returning to the village.

'BatoKunku Camp' beach bar and Restaurant

This beach bar and Restaurant is a 60 second walk from the B&B. A bottle of local beer is d50 (€1). A fish meal is about d250 (€5). Food needs to be ordered at least 2hrs in advance.
